Exercise 2 to extend the size - Penis Enlargement, How To Make Your Penis Size Bigger And Thicker

Instructions for implementation of Exercise 2

1. Heat your penis and wrap it for about 2-3 minutes in a pre-moistened and heated towel.

2. Massage gently his body (use lubricant) until you reach 60 to 80% erected condition.

3. Grasp the penis at its root by using the thumb and forefinger of his right hand.

4. With the slow motion move the thumb and forefinger of his right hand from the base to his head. This movement is carried out for 3 to 5 seconds.

5. Now do the same with the fingers of his left hand.

6. Alternate Step 5 and 6 for 3 to 5 minutes.

Tips for implementation of Exercise 2

Use a lubricant (grease)

Do this exercise in full erection. In its implementation in a state of full erection

may have a large load on the blood vessels in the penis.

Keep a good grip, but not too strong and cause discomfort.

Too strong grip can lead to unintended injuries.

Maintain control of erection. If you feel that you have achieved a full erection, stop the exercise briefly.
